Boyd developed and implemented Continental Airlines' new brand in 1992, still in existence at United Airlines 27 years later. She also developed airport brands for DFW, CLE, IAH and HOU, and airline sub- brands such as Continental Airlines' BusinessFirst, US Airways' Envoy Class, Northwest Airlines' World Business Class, and Alitalia's Prima Eurobusiness and Magnifica.
